Cool Points & Fun Facts:
- 100% of donations go towards the nets, not overhead.
- A Long-Lasting Insecticidal Net (LLIN) is a mosquito net impregnated with insecticide that last over a 4-5 year period.
- With insecticide treated nets, even with a few holes, they still remain 90-95% effective.
- The nets are safe for children as the quantity of insecticide a child might ingest by licking their hands after touching the net are small enough not to cause harm.
- As of this week, they've provided over 2.6 million nets!
